Honest pricing with no hidden call out fees. Every job is different, but to give you an idea of typical costs:
Small jobs: from £55 per hour
(1.5 Hour minimum call-out)
Ideal for small repairs and quick fixes - covering jobs such as hanging TV's, adjusting doors and hinges, basic electrical or plumbing tasks, and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues before they become bigger problems.
Weekends / holidays from £68.75
Half day: from £160
(3 Hours - Starting 09:00 or 13:00)
Great for medium-sized tasks or a list of smaller jobs. Examples include fitting several fixtures, assembling furniture, repairing doors, or tackling a handful of maintenance tasks in one visit.
Weekends / holidays from £200
Full day: from £300
(6 Hours - Starting 09:00)
Perfect for larger or more involved work. This might include multiple room jobs, extensive maintenance, a big list of repairs, larger furniture builds, or a combination of tasks that need more time and attention.
Weekends / holidays from £375
Summary
Estimates are free, and prices can be provided once the scope of work is agreed.
All small fixings, screws, and sealants are included where reasonable.
However, larger materials, fittings, or specific items required for the job are charged separately at cost.
If additional issues or faults are discovered during the job, these will always be discussed before any extra work is carried out.
Weekend & bank holiday work is subject to a 25% supplement on our standard labour rates.
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, in person, or online, by bank transfer, or in cash.
